Account Manager

What you’ll do

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and keep them moving day to day
• Build the monthly content plan and get client sign-off
• Coordinate shoot dates between the client and the production team
• Deliver a monthly performance report for every account

What we’re looking for

• At least one year managing accounts or content
• Professional written Arabic and English
• Organised to an annoying degree
• Replies to the client before they ask “any update ? ”

Photographer

What you’ll do

• Shoot product and atmosphere for cafes and restaurants
• Set up lighting and handle on-site prep
• Deliver files organised and properly named

What we’re looking for

• Real lighting skills , not filter skills
• Can shoot cold food and make it look hot
• Never says “we’ll fix it in post”
• Patience for the owner who wants to be in the frame

Videographer

What you’ll do

• Shoot video for reels , ads and client content on location
• Operate camera , gimbal and basic lighting setups solo
• Capture clean audio and multiple angles for every shoot
• Hand off organised , properly labelled footage the same day

What we’re looking for

• Comfortable running a shoot solo , camera and audio both
• Steady hands and framing that does not need fixing later
• Shows up early and never loses a shot to a dead battery
• Can take direction without slowing the shoot down

Content Creator

What you’ll do

• Plan and shoot short-form content for reels , stories and posts
• Write captions that sound like a person , not a brand
• Keep the content calendar on track and hit posting deadlines
• Jump in front of or behind the camera , whichever the shot needs

What we’re looking for

• A phone camera is enough , but you know how to use it
• Genuinely online — you know what performs and why
• Comfortable writing in both Arabic and English
• Not camera-shy when the shot needs you in it

Editor

What you’ll do

• Edit reels and short-form video
• Colour grade and keep the look consistent across accounts
• Prepare cutdowns in multiple aspect ratios

What we’re looking for

• Fluent in real editing software
• Understands rhythm , not just cutting
• Does not zoom on every single word
• Takes “just a small tweak” gracefully , knowing full well it isn’t
