These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GiNo's Lounge website (ginoslounge.com), the purchase of products through our online store, and the creative marketing, and photography services we provide .
By using this website, booking a service, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms .

GiNo's Lounge is a marketing and creative agency based in Kuwait, offering content and social media management, video production, product photography, visual identity design, event photobooth hosting, photography courses, and branded merchandise .

2. Products and Services
We offer two types of offerings on this site :
- Physical products (e.g. mugs, hoodies, pen cases, and other branded merchandise) available for purchase and delivery .
- Services (e.g. content management, video production, product photography, visual identity design, event photobooth hosting, and photography courses) booked through our appointment system or agreed on separately with clients .
Product descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that all details are error-free, complete, or fully current .
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) and are inclusive of applicable fees unless stated otherwise .
Any delivery charges will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase .
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed through licensed payment service providers .
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout, or communicated directly for custom or service-based work .
Delays caused by circumstances outside our control (courier delays, force majeure) are not our responsibility, but we will keep you informed .
5. Appointments and Services
Services such as consultations, photography sessions, and courses are booked through our Book an Appointment page .
Please arrive/join on time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us at least 24 hours in advance .
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our Refund Policy .
Services already delivered, or bookings for a specific date/time already completed, are not eligible for a refund once rendered, except as required by law .
7. Promotions and Discounts
Any promotional pricing or discount codes are valid only for the period stated at the time of the offer .
8. Intellectual Property
Content created by GiNo's Lounge for clients (designs, photos, videos) remains subject to the terms agreed in the individual project agreement or invoice .
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GiNo's Lounge retains the right to use completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials .

We aim to respond and resolve complaints promptly, and we keep a record of complaints as required by law .
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 on Digital Commerce and its implementing regulations .
Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait .
