This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from the GiNo's Lounge online store, in line with Article 11 of Kuwait's Digital Commerce Law (Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026), which requires clear disclosure of delivery arrangements and timelines before purchase .

Delivery Areas and Fees

We deliver to all areas of Kuwait for a flat fee of 1 KWD, except Sabah Al-Ahmad .

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 2 business days from the date the order is confirmed .

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email . We will contact you to arrange delivery details if needed .

Delays

While we aim to deliver within 2 business days, delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, courier delays, force majeure) are not our responsibility, but we will keep you informed if your order is delayed .
